We aim to process and ship all in stock orders within 1-2 working days following receipt of payment.
For items in the custom / preorder section, we will ship these 1-4 weeks following receipt of payment, this will be clearly stated at check out.
If you would like to order an out of stock wig, simply email us at sales@hairtoplease.co.uk and we will set up a custom listing for you to purchase.
All UK orders are sent FREE via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
Express UK Next Day Delivery at a flat rate of £8.99 per item on orders placed before 1pm, weekdays only. This is non refundable should the order be returned.
Tracked postage to mainland Europe, Canada and the USA is FREE.
Tracked postage to mainland Europe takes on average 3-5 working days to be received, provided no Government Customs delays.
Tracked postage to Canada and USA takes on average 2-5 working days to be received, provided no Government Customs delays.
