Returns

You have 14 days to inform us of your intention to return your order. This 14 day returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

Please email us at sales@hairtoplease.co.uk to inform us of your intention to return the item.

All items need to be returned unused and with the excess front lace UNCUT. 

Once your return request is approved, you then have another 14 days to send the return back to us.

We recommend that you use a trackable means of postage to return the item.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage fee.

If the customer paid for upgraded postage (special delivery), this is NON refundable.

For the benefit of our customers in North America we have a returns address in Nevada, USA so shop with confidence!

Once we confirm safe receipt of your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
